1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on 488bet, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

• You must be 18 years of age or older — no exceptions.
• Each user may register one account only.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and national ID number at the time of registration.
• A copy of your NID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can withdraw any winnings from 488bet. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 100,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests are allowed per day.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 5 to 30 times the bonus amount.

6 Betting Rules

488bet offers a wide range of gaming options including Sports Betting, Live Casino, fish games, and slots. Each game category has its own specific rules, though certain general betting rules apply across all categories.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 488bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10; the maximum varies by game and event.
• For live betting, outcomes of delayed bets caused by network issues will be determined based on server records.
• Any account found involved in match fixing or fraudulent betting of any kind will be closed immediately.
• 488bet odds are updated in real time, and the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for Fish Games and slots is listed in the information section of each respective game and is regularly audited by a third party.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the 488bet platform. Anyone found engaging in prohibited activities may have their account suspended, funds confiscated, and face legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Use of betting bots or automated software.
• Accessing another user's account or sharing your account with others.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your 488bet account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bonuses and bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you.

• Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
• 488bet reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of our rules.
• Funds from closed accounts will be returned within a maximum of 7 business days.
• Funds in an account closed due to fraud allegations may be held until the investigation is concluded.
• To reopen a closed account, you must submit a request to the support team.

Requests to reopen an account during an active self-exclusion period will not be accepted. Access will be restored automatically once the period ends.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

488bet believes gaming should be a form of entertainment and should never lead to financial or personal hardship. That is why we have put in place a range of responsible gaming measures to protect our users.
